Spudlove
Spudlove is a potato chip company composed of fifth-generation potato farmers dating back to 1998. They have combined a dairy farm with an organic potato farm for closed-loop sustainability. Each part of the farm helps the next - from natural fertilizer for the potatoes to cover crops which also provides feed for the cows. Spudlove also uses regenerative agriculture by adhering to longer crop rotations and careful cover crop selection, resulting in less crop disease and happy soil. Additionally, Spudlove has voluntarily gave up a portion of their water rights to protect the Columbia River while also protecting Oregon Wildlife through partnering with The Nature Conservancy. Through this partnership, they've set aside 25% of their land to protect four endangered species native to the region. Spudlove is on a mission is to share their farm’s sustainably grown organic potatoes and craft them into the very best potato chips for snackers of all ages while concurrently caring for the land and planet.
