Sola was born from Chef Ryan Turner's mission to bring rich, flavorful food to the low-carb community without compromise. It all began when Ryan was tasked with creating a no-added-sugar, low-carb menu for a large event. His dishes not only wowed the guests but also showed them that they didn’t have to sacrifice taste to stick to their dietary goals. Realizing the lack of high-quality low-carb products in grocery stores, Ryan decided to create his own, launching Sola in 2012 with keto-friendly bread, bagels, and granola.

Partnering with a skilled pastry chef, Ryan developed Sola’s signature line of low-carb baked goods, meticulously crafted without the help of R&D labs. They focused on creating taste profiles that anyone could enjoy, including skeptics. Sola products are made with non-GMO ingredients and contain no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives, ensuring a cleaner, more natural way to enjoy low-carb living.
