Smit Farms grows a wide range of apples, table grapes, cherries, and blueberries in Linden, CA. Linden, is well known through the agriculture community for having very high quality soil and temps premium for raising of certain crops. Smit Farms is just on the base of the rolling foothills and have very good underground aquifers that also allow for healthy care of he farm's trees, bushes, and vines.

Smit Farms have a long and storied history of attending a variety of farmers markets in the Bay area and in various parts of California. They have started selling direct to consumers in the early 90's as a means of survival. However, now it's believed that it's essential for customers to be able to connect direct from the source of the food they buy. Smit Farms is a 2nd generation farm started by John and Clazien Smit.
