Simurgh Bakery's Spinach Feta Bourek is savory and light. Using fresh phyllo dough, they layer thin sheets of the dough and generously brush an egg wash over each layer. It is stuffed with a simple vegetarian filling consisting of spinach and feta cheese. When baked, the outside of the Bourek is crispy while the inside is creamy. This can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack. Prepare by preheating the conventional oven to 350F and heating for 15-20 minutes.
