Rosé Cider

Shacksbury's Rosé Cider takes a base cider made of Vermont apples, and ages it on grape skins from a winemaker local to the cidery. This imparts, color, flavor, and hints of tannin. This uniquely made cider has flavors of strawberry, peach, red fruit, and a touch of honey, with a crisp and just barely off-dry finish. Pair with cheese omelettes, berries, or triple creme brie.
