These Organic Hass Avocados were grown in Watsonville, CA, by Steve Marsalisi and his crew at Marsalisi Organic Farm. Steve Marsalisi has a small orchard of Meyers Lemons and Avocados at his farm in the hills right behind Corralitos. Steve allows his fruit to ripen on the tree before harvesting and his customers--restauranteurs, retailers, and the eventual eaters--can taste the difference.
