Wild Caught Monterey Bay Sardines (Frozen)

Pacific Sardines have a full flavor and are loaded with essential nutrients including Omega 3, protein, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron and CoQ10. Our Pacific Sardines are caught in Monterey Bay and then frozen at sub zero temperatures to lock in the freshness. 

Product comes Individually Quick Frozen and will likely be mostly thawed upon delivery by Good Eggs. You will need to clean and scale your sardines before cooking. We do not recommend re-freezing.
