02 Filter Coffee Beans

The 02 Filter series will change seasonally as the Coffee Manufactory changes the source of their coffee beans.

This seasonal is a blend of 50% Colombia Bordones and 50% Peru San Ignacio beans.These two coffees complement each other nicely. The Colombia provides a crisp, fruit- forward complexity and deep sweetness, pairing well with the cocoa and stone-fruit notes from the Peru. Blended, these coffees present balanced flavors of gala apple, apricot, toffee, and a hint of candied walnut.
