St. George's Green Chile Vodka is made by filling their 1,500-liter still with crushed jalapeño peppers, lime peel, and a non-GMO base spirit, distilled through fresh cilantro. Four other types of peppers (serrano, habanero, red and yellow sweet bell peppers) are infused separately, then blended with the first distillate and filtered before bottling. The result is fresh, sweet, and bright, with just enough capsicum punch to remind you of those tens of thousands of pounds of green jalapeños. Think boozy salsa fresca!
