Fabanaise Vegan Mayo

Fabanaise is the first egg-free vegan mayonnaise made with aquafaba, the liquid left over from cooking chickpeas. Sir Kensington’s found this otherwise discarded cooking water to have excellent egg-like properties, and partnered with a hummus company to save it. The resulting vegan spread remains versatile as ever, retaining the tangy bite and silky mouthfeel of the classic condiment.
