Strawberry Posh Tarts

Dig back into summer love. Reminiscent of those classic childhood treats-- inside each posh tart the strawberries actually taste like strawberry!

Fleeing SF’s foggy friend Karl, we made a few trips down to Santa Cruz last July and returned each time with a plethora of strawberries, and Oh, oh, oh, how those berries did glow! In fact, our trips were so fruitful that some jamming just could not be avoided. So now, in spite of the cold, I share with you a deliciously endless summer.

Fresh, organic berries have been reduced down to their purest flavor, then spooned within a light and flaky exterior, making these jam-filled pocket pastries taste like sunshine all year long.
