Our coastal climate allows us to grow this kitchen classic year round. Head Broccoli is versatile and unstoppable! Oven-roasted with a topping of shaved aged cheese is a favorite of ours. You will receive one of three different varieties (Marathon, Amadeus, Blue Wind) we grow based on season and availability. One pound quantity, typically 2-3 heads (or multiple florets) depending on size.

Marathon: Tight, densely-beaded overwintering variety.
Amadeus: More open, tender-stemmed multi-season branching variety.
Blue Wind: Beautiful blue-colored beads, strongly flavored spring branching variety.
