Organic Green Butter Lettuce

Green butter lettuce is a favorite for picky salad eaters: it's soft, tender leaves are sweet with just a hint of crinkle that take on just the right amount of dressing. Drape whole leaves over your favorite burger or (If aioli is your thing), try a chopped head dressed with a paprika/caper/dill mayo-based dressing with some carrot and radish coins for crunch.
