Nduja is a spicy, spreadable salme, originating in the Calabrian region of Italy. Seasoned with pickled peppers and packed with spices, this soft salame is perfect for spreading on crackers, swirling into pasta sauces, or slathering on sandwiches. 

Ingredients: Pork, Herbs & Spices, Red Wine, Sea Salt, contains 2% or less of Pickled Peppers (Peppers, Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Garlic, Spices, Lemon Juice, may contain Calcium Chloride), Paprika, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Dextrose, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Nitrate.
