Each small batch is crafted from scratch starting with freshly produced milk from our own sheep. We proudly partner with local farmers and producers for the finest locally sourced ingredients available. Our ice cream is all natural and does not contain any artificial flavorings, stabilizers, emulsifiers, or thickeners.  We believe in keeping things simple and delicious.

Our ice cream contains less fat and calories than traditional cows milk ice cream. With great benefits such as more protein, calcium, and substantial amounts of vitamins (A,D,E,B).  Sheep's milk ice cream is also great alternative for those who are lactose intolerant.
