Organic Honeynut Squash

The honeynut is a new variety of butternut squash, bred with the goal of peak flavor over size. The resulting petite squash have an incredibly rich, sweet flavor, much greater nutrient density and a thin skin similar to delicata that doesn't need to be peeled.
