Organic Painted Serpent Cucumber

These beautifully striped cucumbers are thin-skinned and virtually seedless, making them a sweet treat. Their long shape and thin skin sometimes make these cukes seem a bit wobbly after a couple days, but even at that stage, they chop up nicely into a refreshing summer salad.
