Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

With the same ingredients minus the butter and eggs, which they have replaced with vegan butter and applesauce, these cookies are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Sprinkled with a dash of sea salt, these cookies make a great dessert with a tall glass of milk or a light, sweet snack to help power through the day.
