Robert Sinskey Vineyard's POV is the winery's take on a "Right Bank style" Bordeaux, with a healthy amount of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, and just a hint of Cabernet Sauvignon. With aromas of ripe baked strawberries and fresh cherries, POV is joined on the palate by plum, currant, and hints of bay leaf, fennel, and oak. A rich medium body with supple tannins and balanced acidity make this wine perfect for a special occasion. Pair it with classic favorites like roasted and grilled meats, or even rich pastas and flavorful braises.
