Ornamental Kale plants (Brassica oleracea) come in a wide variety of colors and are a hardy cut flower. They usually last anywhere from 7-10 days. They are not edible. Make sure to the clean the water daily if you can, the water becomes murky easily. Color variegation might vary based on farm availability.
