Kho Sauce

Red Boat's Kho Sauce is savory and brings out the flavor in any Vietnamese dish. Made with their fish sauce, black pepper, shallots and ginger, it is perfect for braising and marinating.

Ingredients: water, fish sauce (anchovy, sea salt), organic coconut sugar, canola oil, ginger, shallot, corn starch, green onions, citric acid, black pepper, sunflower lecithin, crushed red pepper, yeast extract.

Contains: fish, tree nuts (coconut). Processed in a facility that also processes peanuts, milk, soy, wheat, shellfish, and egg.
