pistoles (instead of powder!) deliciously melt into a smooth, rich
quaff...like the one from the days of Cardinal Richelieu and Marie
Antoinette. To make the perfect cup, pour 2 ounces of boiling water or milk over 4 ounces of chocolate pistoles. Whisk the mixture until the chocolate has melted and a silky froth has formed. Enjoy!
