Big Bang Coffee is a medium roast, first created for Peet's 50th anniversary. It draws on some of the same flavorful beans as the popular Major Dickason's blend, adding in aromatic and citrusy Ethiopian Super Natural beans, and roasting to a medium (rather than a dark) coffee.
