Red Russian Kale is sweet, tender, and slightly milder and less bitter in flavor than traditional Lacinato kale. Lightly steamed, these flat leaves make a great wrap for winter dolmas. Or enjoy raw, massaged with olive or avocado oil and a dash of black sesame seeds for a fresh salad.
