Organic Dill is a pleasantly mild herb, with a pleasant grassy citrus flavor. Tuck whole sprigs around meat and vegetables in a roasting pan, infuse them into olive oil for a fragrant dip, or pull the needle-like leaves off the stem and chop them finely to add to rubs, marinades. Use for pickling or for pairing with fish or potato salad.
