This Organic Bunched Spinach has a deep green color and a springy, crisp texture that makes it perfect for a fresh salad or sandwich topping.  It has a sweet flavor that melts in your mouth! Not to mention, its hearty leaves holds up in most recipes that call for spinach—from soups and dips to lasagnas and quiches! Compared to baby spinach, the stems in these bunches give this green a great texture when sautéed.
