Our smoked kielbasa contains 100% pork seasoned with mustard seed, garlic, and spices. We smoke these over applewood for hours, so they have a nice smokey flavor.

Product is fully cooked. We like to slice it up and put it in a pan with our greens, so the fat and flavors season up the greens. Serve that up with some mustardy potato salad, Oh Baby!

INGREDIENTS: Pork, pork fat back, salt, dextrose, nitrite, milk powder, white and black pepper, mustard powder and seeds, garlic.
