North Coast Brewing's Le Merle Saison was one of the first American brewery takes on the classic Belgian farmhouse style. With aromas of cracked pepper, dried flowers, and tropical fruit, this beer drinks mostly dry on the palate with flavors that match its aromas, as well as some bready notes and a hint of sweetness.
