Acme IPA

Acme IPA is is a classic example of an American IPA. With a rich, nearly amber hue, Acme IPA brings big aromas of grapefruit zest and pine that are softened by notes of burnt sugar. On the palate it's lighter and more refreshing than you'd expect from the color, with malt character up front and assertive (but not sharp) hop notes of classic citrus and pine resin. Finally, a subtle earthy note and just a bit of bitterness keep this ale dry. Pair with umami-rich dishes like grilled steak or roasted mushrooms.
