Reheat / Serving instructions:
- Remove honey chili sauce from the alloy tray, add the jus to the bottom of the tray, and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Alternatively, if you do not have foil, place in an oven-safe pot or dish and cover with a tight lid.
- Place the tray in a 325°F oven for 20-22 minutes until the meat is very tender and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Drizzle with Honey Chili sauce or serve on the side.
- While the meat is reheating, prepare the steamed buns in a bamboo or traditional steamer basket for 6-8 minutes, until soft and easily separable.
- When ready to serve, set out the Ginger Scallion Sauce and Ssäm Sauce. Slice cucumbers. Serve the warmed short rib meat and steamed buns, alongside the sauces and cucumbers for your guest to enjoy.
