The culinary team at Momofuku created this spicy Korean chicken soup - bringing together tender chicken thighs, steamed carrots, and bok choy in an aromatic red broth made with plenty of gochujang (Korean chili paste), ginger, garlic, and toasted sesame. Here we’ve paired this tasty soup with Momofuku’s signature noodles – never fried, these air-dried noodles contain twice the protein as most instant-style noodles and no cholesterol.
Reheat / Serving instructions: To cook the soup and noodles together: Soup can be rewarmed in a saucepan at medium-high heat or in the microwave until a temperature of 165°F is reached. Place 1 package of noodles directly into the soup, for every 1-2 servings, and continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are tender. Reserve the noodles' spice and sauce packets for another use.
