Our Momofuku Honey Chili Salmon Salad with green beans & Crispy Shallot is one of our favorite new offerings, combining honey chili-glazed wild salmon with green beans, cilantro, pea shoots, and crispy fried shallots. Bright, crunchy, a little sweet, a little spicy, and radically fresh.
