McVicker Pickles

McVicker Pickles is a woman-owned business making pickles, preserves and cocktail mixes featuring the best of California's seasonal produce. They're located right in the heart of San Francisco, sourcing as much of their produce as possible from nearby farmer's markets. Kelly McVicker, the founder of McVicker Pickles, also teaches workshops on food preservation at community centers, cooking schools, and more. They're dedicated to educating and encouraging people to preserve food, and reinforcing their community's connection to the food that they eat.
