Margeaux and Linda’s Vegan Kitchen reimagines classic dishes with plant-based, locally sourced ingredients. The company began when mother Linda and daughter Margeaux were finding it difficult to find grab and go, plant-based, high quality meals. In 2012, they started this family-owned business as a way to fill the gap. When sourcing their ingredients, they are mindful of keeping a low carbon footprint. Everything is prepared in their Los Angeles kitchen, cooking all of their components from scratch including sauces, spreads, and dips. By creating these plant-based foods, they hope to make clean eating thoughtless and effortless.
