A full flat of strawberries is the perfect match for feeding a crowd -- whether a party, an office, or a house full of fresh strawberry lovers. Fresh and organic is only the tip of the iceberg with these spring strawberries. You will receive one of our two varietals: Albions are distinctive for being particularly sweet and fragrant, with a slightly longer shelf-life. Chandler are a tender, juicy variety with only a hint of tartness and beautiful red coloring into the core. We always pick at the peak of ripeness and flavor, ready to eat the moment they cross your threshold. 

If you can manage to save some for recipes, we suggest: 
Juice with a few of leaves of tarragon, basil, or mint and pour over ice with tonic water for a unique and refreshing warm-weather julep. Alternatively, bake with a few stalks of our Green Victoria Rhubarb for a sweet-and-tart pie filling, a warming comfort-food on a rainy day.
