A colorful twist on our classic green Winterbor, this kale has a bold brassica flavor with a strong winter sweetness. Its curly texture makes it perfect for catching dressing and sauces in any dish from a honey-mustard salad to a tray of crispy kale chips. The leaves of this kale are especially tender, so always store in a bag. One bunch, typically includes 6-10 individual leaves depending on size.
