Preparation:
1. Dip the wraps in warm water for 15-20 seconds,
2. Remove gently and shake off excess water
3. Lay one wrap (or two if you want a thicker roll) on a flat surface
4. Layer your filling at the bottom edge of the wrap. Finish off with fresh herbs
5. Fold and roll
6. Serve up and eat fresh or lightly fry until golden
7. Enjoy with dipping sauce
