Italian White Truffles are one of the most exotic, esteemed, and rare delicacies on earth. White truffles can be found throughout certain regions in northern Italy, where the season generally begins in October and usually ends in late December. White Truffles have an incredibly strong, unforgettable aroma and are enhanced when shaved very thinly over certain hot dishes. They're also great when shaved over risotto or pasta with cream sauce.
Storage tip: Leave the fresh truffles in the resealable bag with the desiccant pack and place them on the top shelf of the fridge for up to two weeks.
