Kimberly's Sherry Vinegar is sweet and tangy, due to the sherry wine made out of Palomino grapes from the Central Valley. Use this Sherry Vinegar for dressings or marinades, add to pan juices of pork or chicken, to poach fruit, or as a finish in Asian dishes to bring out flavor.
