Soppresata Salame is an Italian-style dried salame, made locally in Sonoma County by Journeyman Meat Company. This spicy salame is seasoned with red chilis and a hint of allspice. Try it on your next charcuterie and cheese board, or thinly sliced for snacking.
Ingredients: Pork, Sea Salt, contains 2% or less of Sweet Pepper Sauce (Sweet Peppers, Salt, Citric Acid), Sonoma County Zinfandel (Red Wine), Garlic, Spices, Sugar, Dextrose, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Salt, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Nitrate.
