These amazingly tender Japanese mustard greens have a spinach taste with a mild radish-y kick. It can be eaten raw or cooked. It's great for stir-fries--garlic and shiitake mushrooms go amazingly well with Komatsuna--or hotpot dishes. They were greenhouse-grown, giving them a light flavor and a delicate texture.
