Organic Persian Cucumbers (Mexico)

Soft-skinned Persian Cucumbers are delicious and versatile. Their soft skin makes them sweet and crunchy. Slice them up for salads and sandwiches, or blend them up into a gazpacho. 

While these Organic Persian Cucumbers are not certified Fair Trade, they're being grown by the same growers who are part owners of the Del Cabo Cooperative, just without the associated premium. Even without the Fair Trade Premium, Del Cabo's model is by and far one of the best models for ensuring great labor standards in Mexican export agriculture.
