Summertime in a bowl. Our summer minestrone with Pistachio Pesto is bright, fresh, clean, and comforting. The broth is seasoned with white miso, preserved lemon, and melted garlic, then paired with peak-of-season zucchini, summer squash, sweet corn, fragrant basil, and creamy cannellini beans. To send it over the top, we've added a heaping amount of our signature pistachio pesto.
Reheat Instructions: Pour into a pot and bring to a simmer. Continue simmering for 1 minute, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
