Whether you're planning a Passover seder or just Friday night dinner, our fully cooked Slow Roasted Beef Brisket is ready to go whenever you are. Falling-apart tender braised and roasted beef brisket is simply seasoned with garlic, ground black pepper, and salt. We’ve added a tangy slightly sweet apricot glaze to finish the brisket at home.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the lid, cover the pan with foil, and place the brisket in the oven. Bake until warmed through or the internal temperature reaches about 165°F, 12-15 minutes. Take the brisket out and increase the temperature to 425°F. Remove the foil and brush or spread the glaze over the top of the meat. Return the meat to the oven and cook for another 5-8 minutes until the glaze starts to bubble and caramelize. Once finished, thinly slice and serve.
