Our Miso Roasted Salmon is marinated in a miso ginger marinade and pairs perfectly with fluffy coconut rice and crunchy pickled daikon and carrots. Easy to reheat in the microwave or oven, enjoy this dish as a complete meal solution.

Reheat / Serving instructions: Simply remove the containers of cucumber and pickled vegetables from the microwave-safe aluminum tray. Cover the tray with plastic wrap and microwave the salmon and rice for 2 minutes. Alternatively, cover the tray with aluminum foil and place in a 375°F oven for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy with cucumbers and pickled vegetable.
