Our lamb meatballs are made with grass-fed, pasture-raised lamb from Anderson Ranches, OR. Seasoned with Middle Eastern spices and fresh herbs, these meatballs pair perfectly with fluffy spinach rice, freshening cucumbers, and tangy Greek yogurt dip.
Reheating Instructions: Simply remove the container of yogurt, cucumbers and lemon from the microwave-safe tray. Cover the tray with plastic wrap and microwave the rice and meatballs for 1 minute. Alternatively, cover the tray with aluminum foil and place in a 375°F oven for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy yogurt sauce and cucumbers separately or mix together into a cucumber salad with the accompanying dill.
