This Classic Roasted Chicken starts with an air-chilled Mary's Free Range Chicken, simply rubbed with sea salt and freshly ground Tellicherry peppercorns, then roasted to golden perfection. Weeknight dinner planning doesn't get any easier than this; serve with a big green salad or a pile of roasted veggies and dig in. Now packed in bags that use less plastic, provide excellent food safety protection, and are ergonomically friendly for the Good Egg's production team.
Reheating Instructions: Remove from packaging. Cover the chicken with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Bake it at 425-475°F for about 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the chicken registers 165°F. Or, cut into pieces and microwave until warmed through!
