Sustainably grown without the use of acid in a region historically known for producing the highest quality seaweed in the world. GimMe Organic cultivates seaweed in Jang Heung Bay, a protected region of the Yellow Sea off the coast of South Korea, where no chemical or boating activities are allowed. Grown in the winter and responsibly harvested by local residents, the pristine conditions allow for the seaweed to be certified organic to the same standards as field crops.
