Organic Flamingo Peppers

This pepper is a farmer's dream. It is a high yield pepper with great flavor. At the beginning of the season this pepper starts off as ivory-yellow and then ripens into a bright orange-red color. Its flavor is sweet and it is delicious in salads, adding color to any leafy greens.
