Obata produces the fruitiest cup of the three Brazilian coffees we are
currently offering. This gregarious cup strikes a nice balance between
tropical fruits, particularly mango and passion fruit, an almond
nuttiness, and a milk chocolate sweetness. The roast is slightly shorter
than for some of our other pour-over coffees to preserve the vivid
aromatics and fruity nuances.
